Randall A. Samborn
Founder & Principal
Randall Samborn has four decades of unique experience at the intersection of law, media, and government. He served for two decades as the spokesperson for the renowned United States Attorney's Office in Chicago. Prior to founding his own firm in 2018, he launched and managed the Chicago office of a Washington, D.C.-based communications firm. Formerly, he was Chicago Bureau Chief of The National Law Journal, a state and federal prosecutor, and an award-winning legal affairs journalist for The Blade in Toledo, Ohio. Randall has counseled a wide variety of clients engaged in athletics, energy, finance, food service, hospitality and travel, gaming, higher education, legal services, life sciences, real estate development, and recycling, each facing significant and diverse enterprise challenges and reputational risks. He has comprehensive experience in civil and criminal litigation, investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters involving a broad range of issues, including environmental protection, cyber security, racial equity, and repairing the damage resulting from hate speech and the sexual abuse of minors.
